Effective date: October 18, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and IIVEL Inc. (doing business as TidyZoo) ("TidyZoo", "we", "us"), for using TidyZoo to offer and perform services as a Keeper. Please read them. They explain how offers, prices, payments, our commission, safety and leaving the platform actually work today.
These terms apply when you use the TidyZoo Keeper app on iOS or Android, or any other TidyZoo service, to find, accept and perform jobs. You accept them when you agree to them in the app. If you do not agree, do not use TidyZoo to offer services.
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect about you and how we use and share it. It is a separate document and is not repeated here.
Two other companies have their own agreements with you:
Accepting these terms is not permission to run a background check, and it does not replace any notice or right you have under background check laws. See section 4.
TidyZoo is a platform that connects independent service providers with local customers and handles software, payments and some marketing. We do not employ you and we do not dispatch you. You are an independent business.
When a customer confirms you for a job, the service agreement for that job is between you and the customer, on the price, days and details shown in the app. TidyZoo is not a party to that service agreement. TidyZoo provides the app, collects payment from the customer for you, and keeps its commission as described in section 9.
In practice, this means:
You provide your own tools, transportation and supplies and pay your own business expenses. You may not sign agreements for TidyZoo or present yourself as a TidyZoo employee or representative.
Calling you an independent business in these terms does not by itself decide your legal status, and nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the law.
To be a Keeper you must:
Give us accurate information, including your legal name, date of birth, phone number and home address, and keep it up to date. Your account is for you alone. Do not share it, and do not let anyone else do a job under your name. If two people work together, each person needs their own Keeper account and their own background check.
During sign-up you take a profile photo in the app. The app checks the photo automatically and tells you right away if it needs to be retaken.
TidyZoo does not provide insurance that covers you, your vehicle, your equipment or your work. You are responsible for any insurance the law requires for your business.
Keepers work at customers' homes, so every Keeper must complete a background check before taking jobs. There is no charge to you for the check.
We only run background checks for people who live where we operate, so we do not spend your time or ours on a check that cannot lead to work.
TidyZoo currently operates only in Arkansas, in cities in Northwest Arkansas, and only for pet-waste removal (often called pooper scooping). We may add services, cities and states over time. The app shows the services you can offer from where you live.
You can sign up and use the app before you are ready, but you can only be offered jobs, accept them, be confirmed by a customer and start paid visits when all of these are true:
Your profile in the app shows whether you are ready and what is missing. If something changes, for example Stripe needs more information, new paid work is paused until you fix it. Visits you already completed are not affected.
Moving. Your home address decides which state you can work in. You can update your address within the same state. The app will not let you change your home address to another state, because your background check only covers your current state. If you move to another state, contact us. You cannot currently take jobs in a different state.
A customer asks for service in the app. There are two ways the job can reach you:
Each offer shows the service, how often it repeats, the service days and price TidyZoo suggests, the customer's name and photo, the full service address and map location, and the job details the customer gave, such as yard size and pets. You see this before you accept so you can decide freely. Use it only to decide on and do the job (see section 13).
When you accept, you can take the suggested price and days as they are, or enter your own price, your own days, or both.
The price you set is the price per visit the customer pays. TidyZoo's commission is taken out of that price; it is not added on top (see section 9).
TidyZoo does not currently charge a higher price for a first visit, even where the app mentions a first-visit price. If that changes, the first-visit price will be shown to you and the customer before you accept.
Accepting an offer is not a confirmed booking. The customer sees each Keeper who accepted, with their price and days, and chooses one. The job is confirmed only when the customer chooses you and you are still ready to work. Accepted offers the customer has not yet confirmed are shown differently in your app.
Unless the customer chose to start on the next service day, a newly confirmed job can be added to today's list if today is one of its service days. You decide whether to do a visit added late in the day. A visit you do not start by the end of its day is recorded as missed.
Each day the app prepares a list of that day's visits in a suggested route order. You can drag the stops into any order and save it for just that day or for that weekday going forward.
When you start a visit, usually before you drive to the house, the customer's saved card is charged the price per visit for that job. Only start a visit you intend to do.
For pet-waste removal, any dog loose in the yard blocks the work, friendly or not. After the charge succeeds, the app asks the customer to confirm that pets are secured and the gate is accessible, and tells you when they do. You can choose in your profile to wait for this confirmation before you drive out.
The customer's confirmation does not replace your own judgment. When you arrive, you must check the yard yourself and confirm in the app that it is safe to enter before you can complete the visit. Never enter a yard with a loose dog.
To complete a visit, take a photo of the closed gate, which is required, and you may add a photo of the cleaned yard. The customer sees these photos and the time you finished. Then mark the visit complete. A visit only counts as completed when you complete it this way. TidyZoo never marks a visit complete for you.
A visit you started stays open until you finish it or mark it not completed, even past midnight. It will appear at the top of your next day's list.
If you arrive and the yard cannot be worked, for example dogs are loose or the gate is locked, you can:
If the customer confirmed the yard was ready and it was not, the customer is not refunded for that visit by default, because you showed up. Other cases are reviewed by TidyZoo as described in section 11.
After agreeing with the customer, you can move a visit of a recurring job to another date in the app, either for that one visit or for that visit and the ones after it. The price does not change. The app does not ask the customer to confirm the move, so only move a visit when the customer has agreed. A visit cannot be moved once you have started it.
Do the work you agreed to with reasonable skill and care, follow the law, respect the customer's property and access instructions, close gates behind you, and dispose of waste properly. Do not mark a visit complete unless you did the work, and do not upload a photo that does not show the visit you did. Any extra work or change to the price or days needs the customer's agreement and, where the app supports it, a new booking.
You never have to enter or stay somewhere unsafe. If a situation is dangerous, leave first and report later. In an emergency, call 911.
TidyZoo does not accept bookings for yards with dogs of breeds on its restricted list, and customers must confirm their dogs are not on it. If you find a restricted-breed dog, or any other danger, you may drop the house.
Dropping a house. If a house is unsafe because of a dangerous animal, an aggressive or threatening customer, or unsafe conditions, you can drop it in the app. You choose the reason and describe what happened. Dropping a house:
If you drop before starting the visit, the customer is not charged. If the charge already went through, the customer is not refunded automatically; TidyZoo decides that separately.
Please also email us at support@tidyzoo.com after any drop, and whenever you have a hazard, threat, accident, injury or property damage to report. Today the app does not alert TidyZoo staff automatically when you drop a house, so your report is how we learn about it and can try to stop another Keeper being sent there. If you can see a danger before you start a visit, do not start it, and email us.
TidyZoo's only charge to you is a commission on each visit you are paid for. There is no sign-up fee, membership fee, monthly fee, background check fee or equipment fee.
The commission is a percentage of the price per visit. It depends on how the customer came to you, and it goes down the longer you keep serving that customer.
Examples of the commission after a number of completed visits with the same customer for the same service:
For example, on a $20 visit at 30% you receive $14, and at 15% you receive $17. The customer pays the same $20 either way: every bit of the decrease goes to you.
The commission rates in effect when you accept an offer apply to that job for as long as it lasts. If TidyZoo changes its rates, the new rates apply only to offers you accept after the change.
TidyZoo pays the card processing fees. They are not taken from your share. If TidyZoo later adds taxes or a service fee to what the customer pays, those amounts are added on top of your price, and the commission is still calculated only on your price.
TidyZoo may run promotions that lower or remove its commission. Each promotion will explain who qualifies and until when before you take part. A reduced or free commission you have already earned under a promotion will not be taken away when the promotion ends.
You appoint TidyZoo as your limited agent to collect payment from customers for jobs booked through TidyZoo. When TidyZoo receives a customer's payment for a visit, the customer has paid you for that visit. Do not ask a customer to pay you again for a visit they paid through TidyZoo, even if your payout has not arrived yet.
Payouts are made through Stripe Connect. During sign-up you create a Stripe Express account in the app and accept Stripe's Connected Account Agreement directly with Stripe. Stripe verifies your identity and bank account and may ask for more information at any time.
If Stripe restricts your account or cannot pay your bank, you cannot take new paid work until it is fixed, and the app tells you what is missing. Money already sent to your Stripe account for completed work remains yours. TidyZoo will not take it back or treat it as forfeited because of the restriction, and we will work with you and Stripe to resolve it.
You are responsible for the taxes on your own earnings. TidyZoo or Stripe may ask you for tax information and will provide tax forms and reports where the law requires.
Refunds are not automatic. They are rare, and a person at TidyZoo decides each one case by case, looking at what happened, including the visit record, photos and messages.
Please help us with complaints about your work by giving accurate information. Leaving TidyZoo does not cancel money either of us already owes the other.
TidyZoo records what happens on each visit, for example completed, skipped, missed or not paid. A missed visit (one you never started) is recorded as yours. A visit the customer's card did not pay for, or a house you dropped for safety, is not counted against you. Ending a job for reasons other than safety is recorded.
Your profile shows your name and photo to customers, and a verified mark once your background check is clear. TidyZoo does not currently collect or display ratings or reviews. If we start, we will update these terms first and explain how ratings are collected and used.
You will see customers' names, photos, addresses, map locations, pet details and messages. Use this information only to decide on, arrange and perform the job and handle related questions, or to meet a legal obligation. Do not sell it, publish it, share it with people who do not need it, or add customers to marketing lists without their permission. Keep your phone and account secure. Tell us right away at support@tidyzoo.com if your phone is lost or someone else may have accessed customer information.
When you take visit photos, show the gate and yard. Avoid people, the inside of the home, documents, license plates and other personal details.
The app lets you send text messages to your customers. Keep them respectful and about the work. Messages are not private from TidyZoo: we store them, and we may review the relevant conversation if there is a dispute or safety concern about a job.
The customers you serve are your relationships. These terms do not give TidyZoo ownership of them.
Do not:
You keep ownership of your profile photo, visit photos and messages. You give TidyZoo permission to store, display and use them to run the platform: showing your profile to customers, showing visit photos to the customer, supporting you and customers, handling disputes and safety reports, and meeting legal duties. We will not use your photos, or photos of a customer's property, in advertising without separate permission.
You may say truthfully that you offer services through TidyZoo. Do not use TidyZoo's name or logo in a way that suggests you are TidyZoo or are employed by it. There is no franchise or brand program and no brand fee.
For safety reasons, use the drop option in section 8. To stop serving a customer for any other reason, email us at support@tidyzoo.com and tell us which job; the app does not yet have a button for this. Tell the customer too if you can. When a job ends, visits that had not started are cancelled and not charged, and visits already started stay open for you to finish or mark not completed. There is no exit fee.
If a customer cancels, they do not pay a cancellation fee, and you are notified. You are not paid for visits that had not started.
You can stop accepting offers at any time. To close your account, email us at support@tidyzoo.com. Please finish or end your active jobs first. Money you have already earned is still paid to you. Some records are kept after your account closes, as explained in the Privacy Policy.
TidyZoo may pause or close your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, act fraudulently or dishonestly, put customers or others at risk, no longer meet the requirements in section 3, or if the law requires it. Background check decisions follow the separate process in section 4. When we act, we will tell you why, unless the law or a safety concern prevents it, and you can reply to support@tidyzoo.com to have a person review the decision. Closing your access does not take away money you have already earned for completed work.
iPhone and iPad. If you got the app from the Apple App Store, your right to use the app software is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms cover your use of TidyZoo's services and do not replace that license.
Android. If you got the app from Google Play or another Android source, TidyZoo gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Android devices you own or control, only to use TidyZoo as a Keeper under these terms. You may not copy, sell, rent, or modify the app, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it. This license ends when your account closes or these terms end.
Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for TidyZoo's services. TidyZoo, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the app and for support. TidyZoo owns the app and the TidyZoo name, and these terms do not give you any other rights in them.
We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or have errors, including around payments and maps. Report problems to support@tidyzoo.com.
You are responsible for the services you provide and for how you provide them. TidyZoo is responsible for the platform it provides and for meeting its own obligations under these terms. Each of us is responsible for our own actions under the law.
To the extent permitted by law, TidyZoo provides the app as it is and as available, and TidyZoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, such as lost profits, arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability, or any right you have, that cannot be limited or excluded by law, including rights about wages, workers' compensation or employment status where they apply.
If you have a problem with TidyZoo, please email us first at support@tidyzoo.com so we can try to fix it. Contacting us does not take away your right to go to court or to a government agency.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas and applicable US federal law, except where the law of another place must apply.
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. If we make a material change, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect and ask you to agree where the law requires. Changes do not reduce commission rates already locked for jobs you accepted, money you have already earned, or rights that already exist. If you do not agree to a change, you can stop using TidyZoo and close your account.
